Ordering and privacy
Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain mailer with a neutral label. There's no product description on the outside, and "AFTERGLOWGOODS" doesn't appear on the outer label. See Discreet Shipping for more detail.
What will appear on my bank or card statement?
Card payments appear as SP AFTERGLOWGOODS, with no product description. If you pay with PayPal or another wallet, the name shown is set by that provider.
Do I need to be 18 to order?
Yes. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to buy from AFTERGLOWGOODS. That's 18 or older in most US states.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to track orders.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Other options, such as pay-later services, may also appear at checkout depending on where you are.
Shipping
How much is shipping to the US?
- Standard: $5.00, and free on orders of $60 or more.
- Express: $7.00.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard: 5–14 business days.
- Express: 3–7 business days.
Both estimates include order processing time. Express is available when every item in your cart ships from our US warehouse. If your cart includes an item that isn't eligible, only Standard is shown at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. If your country can be selected at checkout, we ship there. International rates are calculated at checkout by the carrier (DHL Express or FedEx). Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items in one order can ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive separately.
Where is my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived by the end of its delivery window, email us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes. Unopened, unused items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened or used intimate products unless they're faulty. Return postage is paid by the customer.
What if my item is faulty?
Tell us within 30 days of purchase and we'll replace or exchange it. Email us your order number and a short description or photo of the problem.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we refund your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Choosing a product

What are your toys made of?
Most of our toys are made from silicone. Each product page lists its material. If a page doesn't say, ask us before you buy.
What does "IPX7" or "IPX6" mean?
These are water-resistance ratings.
- IPX7 means the toy can be fully submerged, so it's fine in the shower or bath.
- IPX6 means it can be rinsed under running water but shouldn't be submerged.
Check the rating on each product page.
Which lube should I use?
Water-based lube works with every toy we sell and is the safest default. Silicone-based lube can wear down silicone toys over time, so avoid using it with them unless the product page says it's compatible.
How do I clean my toy?
Wash it with warm water and mild, unscented soap, or a toy cleaner. Rinse well and let it dry fully before storing. For toys that aren't fully waterproof, wipe them clean rather than submerging them.
How do I charge it?
Rechargeable toys charge by USB, magnetic or DC cable, and each product page says which one. Charging time and play time are listed there too. For example, the Nico App Dual Cock Ring takes about 90 minutes to charge and gives about 45 minutes of play.
How do app-controlled toys work?
You pair the toy with a free phone app by Bluetooth, then change patterns and intensity from your phone. Some toys also come with a small remote, so you don't need a phone to use them.
