  • Orders Placed Outside Operating Hours: If your order is placed outside of these hours, we will send a confirmation email after 10:00 AM the following morning, informing you that your order will be delivered within 1-2 hours.

Our 1-2 hour delivery is available for the following regions:

  • Primary Delivery Area: Within a 9-mile radius of Downtown Manhattan.

1-Hour Delivery

  • Eligibility:

    • Minimum order of $75.00, delivery fee of $50.00, for areas within 3.0 miles.

    • Minimum order of $75.00, delivery fee of $65.00, for areas between 3.0 to 6.0 miles.
    • Minimum order of $75.00, delivery fee of $80.00, for areas between 6.0 to 9.0 miles.

Potential Delivery Time Changes

While most orders are delivered within 1-2 hours, please be aware that the following factors may impact delivery times:

  • Peak Traffic Times: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Traffic accidents, severe weather, road closures, or natural disasters.

  • High-Demand Periods: Delivery times may exceed 1-2 hours during busy periods, such as Friday nights, weekends, and major holidays like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

Delivery Transparency

For all 1-2 hour delivery orders, you will receive a confirmation email after 10:00 AM the following morning, ensuring you are updated on the status of your delivery.
